What it does today
- Every current member of Congress. Senators, representatives, delegates, and the resident commissioner, from the official House Clerk and U.S. Senate member directories.
- Fast search. Search by name, state, office, or party. Results update as you type.
- Sources you can check. Each profile links to the official directory and the member's congressional biography, and shows when the information was retrieved.
- House voting records. See how each representative voted on recent House roll calls, straight from official House Clerk records.
- Vote comparisons you can audit. Compare two representatives and see how often they cast the same yes or no vote, with the number of votes counted, the date span, and the votes left out.
- Easier comparison search. See matching House members as you type, with spelling suggestions when no direct matches are found. You choose the member to compare.
What's coming
Senate voting records, dated public positions, campaign finance filings, and broader documented findings coverage, each with citations and clear limits. A small set of reviewed historical reports is already included; it is not comprehensive. Answers will explain retrieved evidence; they won't rely on guesswork or model memory.
How it stays neutral
- No scores or endorsements. The app doesn't rate politicians or tell you whom to vote for.
- Official records first. The app explains where its information comes from and which sources it excludes.
- Honest gaps. When something isn't loaded or verified, the app says so. Missing information never implies that nothing exists.
